How to use:

Paste your chatlog with markers: !!! or You said for user prompts, @@@ for AI responses
Content between paired ~~~ markers (1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, etc.) will be deleted
User prompts become Heading 2, AI responses become Heading 3 ("AI Answer:")
Timestamps (829ms, 1.1s, 12:27 am, "Thought for Xs") are removed
Attributions (ChatGPT/Claude disclaimers, SuperGrok promos) are removed
Edit/Copy/Share blocks and Ctrl+K/J shortcuts are removed
